Rebounding on a trampoline is a metabolic supporting exercise and is key when it comes to weight loss. Spending one hour on a trampoline will burn more calories than one hour of jogging. Since the trampoline absorbs the impact, it is also much less impactful on the feet, knees and back while burning up to 3 times more calories.
